By the grace of God given to me, like a skilled builder I laid a foundation, and another is building upon it.” 1Corinthians 3:10
God encourages us to be purposeful and generous in the sharing of our financial blessings. In addition to the annual pledges and weekly gifts that sustain our ongoing ministries and expenses, Beautiful Savior Lutheran Church offers a variety of ways in which we can add our financial gifts to the gifts of others to make a powerful statement of faithfulness in our community and in our world. They include:
Monthly Pledges: Pledging by members helps us to plan our budget for the upcoming year. If you haven’t pledged and would like to call the office or stop by!
Mission Endowment fund: Gifts made to our Mission Endowment fund are held in perpetuity. The interest earnings from these gifts go to meet a variety of ministry needs, but the principle remains in the fund forever. For more information click here: mission-investment
Memorial Fund: Gifts to our Memorial fund are used “as needed” for a variety of projects. Gifts are often given to this fund in memory or in honor of a loved one.
Pastor’s discretionary Fund: This fund is set up to be used by our pastor to offer limited financial assistance to people in crisis.
In addition to the above funds, Beautiful Savior supports many other special projects and ministry appeals throughout the year.
Fred Meyer Community Rewards: Link your Fred Meyer rewards card number to donate to first third of life programming at church! Every time you shop and use your Rewards Card, BSLC earns a portion of your purchase at no cost to you. Sign up at this link.
